Refunds

We offer refunds on orders before they are printed, during the design approval stage. If you don’t like your design and want a refund you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.

If your order has been PRINTED we do not offer refunds.

Refunds will not be given unless your order has not been printed.

Orders damaged or defective will be given considerable accommodations unless a full refund on your order  is necessary (proof required).

Otherwise, if there is another issue with your order we will offer an exchange but you must contact us first. Orders damaged or defective we will consider refunding if it cannot be exchanged.

Contact us for further information on refunds at 833-778-3283. Refunds can take 2-4 business days after item(s) have been returned. You must pay for return shipping!

Shipping

WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING WITH TRACKING on ORDERS OVER $30.  NO INSURANCE on orders over $50.00.

There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. Ownership of packages turned over to USPS/UPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS/UPS.  INSURANCE is available to add to any order, and is recommended for any order you can’t afford to lose.

Occasionally packages will be delayed or late in delivery. If the package shows that it has been accepted by USPS/UPS, then speed of delivery is beyond our control. If a domestic parcel has not been received within 21 days of shipping please contact us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless shipping was free.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account and/or your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
