Refunds

Full refunds are available during the design approval stage if you are not satisfied with your design.

If your order has already been printed following your design approval, refunds cannot be offered.

For defective or damaged orders, we provide considerable accommodations, up to a full refund where necessary (proof required).

If any other issues arise with your order, an exchange is possible upon contacting us first. If the item is damaged or defective and cannot be exchanged, a refund will be considered.

Contact us for further information on refunds at 833-778-3283. Please note refunds may take 2-4 business days to process following the return of the item(s). The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.


Shipping

Free shipping with tracking is available on orders over $200. Insurance is not included for orders over $50.00.

Ownership of packages transferred to USPS/UPS becomes the buyer's responsibility. We are not accountable for lost, held, or damaged packages, mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. For issues related to shipping, please contact USPS/UPS. For valuable orders, we recommend purchasing insurance.

If a package is delayed or late in delivery, and USPS/UPS has accepted the package, the delivery speed is out of our control. If a domestic parcel has not been received within 21 days of shipping, please contact us.

Return your product by mailing it to: 6003B NW 31ST AVE FORT LAUDERDALE FL 33309. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless shipping was free.

Delivery times for exchanged products may vary based on location.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account and/or your credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If after doing this you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
